Best and most smooth riding tires I`ve ever had are Kumho`s . I`ve got them on my Z right now and they ride soooooooooo smooth! And the weird thing is that they were the cheapest tires I could find at the time that would fit on my rims.

I had a similar problem. A simple test is to move the tire to the opposite side of the car and take a drive. My car was pulling to the right due to a bad tire (cord seperation). I took the front tires off and switched them left to right, right to left. I took a ride and the car started pulling in the opposite direction. New tires fixed the problem.
