Last week my friend and I did a compression test on a 213K mile (probably more like 220K because it was driven with a broken speedometer cable for a while) 1995 Ford Duratec 2.5L V6...lowest cylinder is 209 PSI and the highest is 211 PSI. I think that's pretty good?

The reason for doing the compression test is that it wasn't running well. The reason it wasn't running well turned out to be a bad ignition coil, which was obviously cracked upon closer inspection. (The plugs and wires were replaced as well, they were probably bad too, plus there was a leak from the valve cover which was getting into one of the sparkplug wells). There was also a clogged main cat which was fixed. (The cat appears to have broken up).

Now it runs very well. Since the valve cover gasket has to be replaced to keep this thing from misfiring again, I'll take pictures after the valve covers are off. What I can see through the oil fill is very clean.
