The SAE 30 is ok, just consider a syn version of it. Small sumps and hard/hot working engines make the more expensive syn a bit less painful to the wallet. Some/most change dino yearly, syn maybe every few years, some do 2-3 times a year changes dino, commercial? now maybe yearly with the syn.
