A pretty darn nice soft case, with padding and pockets, but nothing much protecting the neck.. Serviceable no doubt, but I want a hard case. No rush, so maybe I can find something used. The stand was more urgent...I already had two close calls!

Chancho was enjoying a chocolate bar on the couch! That's obviously the playroom couch...that sucker is thrashed....weird though normally it has a slip cover don't remember it being off that day. Must have been in the warsh.

In 1968 I was lucky enough to have a 1966 Ludwig Super Classic set bought for me. My parents paid $200 for a set that retailed for $600 two years earlier. I played the heck out of it for twelve years. Got tired of the lime green wrap and stripped down the two toms and tried to redo with a fiberglass layer. The bass is still green, but the toms are ruined from a collectors point of view.
