FF adblock add on

Because the ads on this website do not have a URL that contains a world like "ad".

For example, on another website, this is caught by the filter because it has an obvious "ad" name in the URL:

http://harvest.adgardener.com/spring.aspx?s=1&pg=04c18c19-e081-2c1c-3b60-b686dcea4d97

However, on this website, an advertisement might have a URL like this:

http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/images/lubecontrol-468x60.gif

Adblock has no way of telling that this is an advertisement vs. a regular image.

You can, however, right-click on the ad and click "Adblock Image" and block them individually.

yep I managed to work my way through doing it manually. does it fine now. great program.
I switched back to IE for like a week, only to have the computer slow to a snail's pace when the schaeffer's ad came on here. Then went back to FF, updated to 3, and saw the adblock feature...

IMO flashblock is the most useful addon for browser. I don't mind jpg or banner if they don't consume 100% of my CPU and blog down my 1.4GHZ machine.

Just block all flash, they are no good anyways.
