On a certain blog that I frequent, it has a little box on the side of the screen that shows the cities where the visitors from around the country are logging in from. When I view the blog from home, it shows my city correctly, but when I view it from my office, it says I'm in a small town 20 miles away from the city I'm in. What gives?

I'd guess the ISP location.

I've noticed this at home, via dial-up, I live in different cities in suburban Chicago depending on which number I dial-in on.

That's it. Apparently, the ISP for my employer is located in a different town from where my office is located, for whatever reason.
