I use to sell these. BFG Control Plus are not bad for the money. I tier them as a mid grade tire for those who do not want to cheap out but get a good value.
Decent grip at a higher road noise. Then again former tire guys like me nit pick. Most customers would never know how to detect noise, cornering characteristics etc.
Are they the Romanian made BFG Controls? Check the sidewalls, just curious I have nothing against the country of course. I can not remember if Control+ had bubbling/sidewall issues.
What size? 195/70/14? 185/65/14? My memory has gotten a little rusty in two years.
