Free video download and converting programs

My daughter has a Zune and wanted videos from Youtube and other sites. However her Zune would not play many of them as they were the wrong format. I found these 2 programs on download.com that work great! ( I think it would work well for Ipod's also)

I use MacTheRipper for ripping (my own) DVDs, and use Handbrake to convert them to play on my internet tablet or iPod etc.
