youtube broken on my machine

I can't play youtube on my machine.

They load, but always stop 2 seconds in. I can grab the pointers, and move the image to further along the vid, but when I release, it springs back to 2 seconds.

Any ideas ?

Do you use Firefox as your web browser?

Some things you can try are:
-Check and make sure your audio and video drivers are up to date
-Reinstall Adobe Flash Player

JSP, that finding the add on, copying and pasting worked a treat.

24 hours and it's broken again.

Youtube is adobe flash. Check here to make sure all is working properly, and also click "about" and compare your version to the latest. If you don't have the latest version, install it.

Yep, did all that, and it worked.

Then 24 hours later it didn't, so I repeated the installation.

Interestingly, when Firefox opened, it kept coming up with the "Firefox has been updated" message.

Last time I re-opened Firefox it didn't have the message, and Youtube still works.
