If you are talking about who I think you are talking about I can name somebody else who used to do the same thing. But everybody mentioned him and his speeches. The 'uh, er, umm' seems to be okay with this guy.

If enough people support you I guess you are allowed to 'uh, er, umm' all day long when you are away from your telepromter. With the new guy some people will turn in all around and say that it is an indication of his brilliance.
