Using Fuel add with Arx

I'm going to Arx my car this weekend, but I want to add a fuel system cleaner after the oil change. I rarely get a chance to do car work anymore so this weekend would be the best time to do it. Would it affect my arx cleaning if I were to add Techron to the gas?
