Shelf life of E85?

I want to get some E85 to experiment with. The closest station that sells it is far away - so I need to bring a lot back with me for it to be economical.

So, assuming the container is SEALED, what kind of shelf life can you expect from plain E85? Does it need fuel stabilizer?

The local E85 station also carries E20.
I would think a stabilizer would be even more helpful with E85.
It not just the fuel itself, the high alcohol content attacks
rubber and some plastic hoses, seals, gaskets, and 'O' rings.

I don't have to worry about fuel lines, o-rings, etc...I'm just talking about storing it in sealed plastic cans.

I was wondering that as well. Plastics for gas are rated for gas, not alcohol. Maybe refer to the E85 site for info.
