Hey dkcase set your way via email tell me if there is any thing else you need. You can get the manuals off www.ford.com, then click on parts and service and you want service for a ford and then click on glove box manuals. The rest is really easy. I act like I know alot but it all there. I do know alot :) but not alot you know.
 
A couple years ago, Ford recomended a special order $7.50 a quart oil for all FFV vehicles. I'm not sure if this is still the case though.

I've been running 10W30 year around in my 2000 3.0L FFV here in Houston TX. Cranks a little slower on the coldest days, but that's about it. I've also posted a few UOAs in the UOA section on this vehicle.
