My EGRlight went offlast week, in my 95 neon...Usually, every 2 years,i run seafoam through brake booster line, and spray about 32oz. of distilled water down the throttle body,along with a bottle of Regaine sprayed in as well.
SO this time around, i had some bottles of valvoline high mileage fuel system cleaner, and half a bottle of stp complete fuel system cleaner.... poured in full bottle of valvoline, half bottle of stp.... EGR light went off, and got some NICE runing engine... I was going to remove the EGR and clean it out( Ive discovered LOTS of stop and go driving, over 2 years time, causes my EGR tube to back up with sludge), but this time, imgoing to wait, and see if this stuff acutally did any good>
