TOTAL Quartz Energy 9000 in 5W/40 weight is the same oil as ELF Excellium 5W/40 NF, just a different bottle. ELF, TOTAL, and FINA are the same company, but they are switching their enthusiast oil from the ELF branding to the TOTAL branding.
I have bought my ELF oil from S-G Import Car Parts, a small chain here in Michigan. You can check with them via their web site to see if they will ship oil to you S-G Imported Car Parts as their prices are great! The last ELF 5W/40 I bought from them cost me $5.40 per litre.
I use their 5W/40 in my 222,000 mile Saab 9-5, and their 0W/30 in my wife's 20,000 mile Saab 9-3SC 2.0T.
WOW $5.40 a liter is great! I buy from http://www.germanautoparts.com right now and they have been good to me. Yeah I heard that the NF formulation was what the 9000 is, practically the same oil which is cool.
