well I put bottle of Regane alongwith ~10 gallons of gas in both the cars. And almost instantly (2-5miles) I could start sensing a very noticeable difference, in both cars.
Its quieter, accelerates with much less effort, doesn't want to downshift every now and then - almost like its able to run at an advanced timing instead of retarding the timing or downshifting to keep up without knocking.

So what exactly is it doing ? Is it increasing the octane of the gas by a big margin ? Or did it clean up the carbon in the combustion chamber to the extent, and that too so quickly, that the compression came back down to where it belongs ?
Its not the first time or after a long time that I am using a cleaner. I have used Redline SI-1, Seafoam, Acetone, Techron but none of them make such a significant an effect on the driveability.
So what exactly is going on ?

It works by stimulating the blood flow to hair follicles... oh wait!
