They were so swamped, our order got back ordered for a week, but they delivered on it.

I bought 8 tires from that promotion and wished I bought another 4.

I also bought 8 tires and 4 wheels but they ran out of wheels so I ended up with just the tires. It is the best deal in tires that I have gotten in my whole life.
