Baldwin or Purolator Premium

A local tractor supply shop has them around here. I still buy the SuperTechs though.

I tried to get the oversized SuperTechs for my truck but W-Mart was sold out. They had the smaller size but man are they small. I bought a couple of Purolator Premiums for about $2.50 each. I wanted to stock up so I went ahead and got the Baldwins for 5.40 each online. That will keep me going for the next 15K miles or so.

I have worked at a quick lube and of course I change my own oil, taking both of these brands apart I would say Baldwin has a much better construction quality and that would get my vote but you probably can get a better price on Purolator, I of course can not speak for what filter performs better.
