rip Sheldon Brown. You will always be remembered by all bicycle riders.

His knowledge about bikes from the handlebars to the bolts was great. I remember I was searching about coaster brakes and he explained it in detailed on the website very clearly.
 
64 years old... I wonder what happened. For someone seemingly healthy (bike rider, after all), its really a shame.

I read Sheldon Brown was diagnosed with MS a few years ago. For the past two years he could ride only recumbent bikes due to the disease. He was mostly working out of his house, but he wasn't bitter and felt very fortunate having lived a good life. He will indeed be missed by many.
