Spring Gas Prices

I keep hearing that we may see $4.00 gas prices come the middle of February?

Although it is approximately 82 cents a gallon higher than last year, traffic has not decreased!

Wonder how high fuel prices will go before we see any impact on consumption?

Demand in the US is flat, you should see a reduction of about 25 cents a gallon by February.

heating oil is $3 even, unleaded regular $3.17 around here.

Used to be, you could count on a 60-90 cent spread.

Something's gotta give.

Diesel is 10> 30 cents more then UL around here. Whats with that?

Spring? I'm more worried about the summer. It will be 4 bucks/gallon, easily. There will probably be a big sale on trucks.

Most of New England uses #2 heating oil. Here diesel is .40 more and has been as much as .70 more.

An election is coming up. You cam expect a tribute to be sent to one of the major OPEC nations to bribe them into lowering the price of oil for a couple of months.
