I noticed that on a 12 oz bottle of Gumout Regane it says "treats up to 21 gallons." On a 12 oz bottle of Chevron Techron it says "treats up to 12 gallons".
Does this make Gumout Regane more potent on an oz for oz basis? (Seeing as how they use the same type of chemistry, from what I've heard at least.)
