Does your SE-R take 195-55-16, like the ones between 2000 and 2006?
If so, I have installed much more common 205-50-16 tires without trouble. Any wider than that, and they become nearly impossible to dismount, and they wear center-first, even at factory pressure.

Only two? TireRack shows 18 summer and all-season tires available in that size (195/55/16).
But I agree with the previous poster - you should be able to use 205/50/16 tires, assuming the rims are wide enough.
