Your right it's not available in concentrate, I Googled it and it showed another similar looking bottle but it was too blurry to read. I checked again and it's a heavy duty coolant in the black Zerex jug.

I've taken several of them apart and they always look real good. The pleats are always straight and plenty stiff. I'm referring to the non e-core of course. I wouldn't run an e-core if they were free.

As I said, it's always a tradeoff between CCS and NOACK. If the old formulation had a better NOACK, it had a worse CCS, as PAO and GTL have very similar curves in the graph above.
