I'm surprised the X1 didn't feel zippy, we've had the turbo 4 328i wagon as a loaner - it felt quicker to me than the numbers would indicate. I'm sure the X1 is heavier, but ... Maybe my last experience driving a N/A Subaru wagon is not remembered

and are you towing just in Florida? there's no hills there all flat, i would not touch the rear axle every 15k except at the first 15k miles. use a 75w-140 synthetic oil from any parts store or use the mopar stuff, or the GM stuff, and do it at 50k
