I've got a set made in 2012 on my Focus. They came with it. In the dry they are fine, they feel sort of like they have snow tire construction, but all season tread. In the wet they are now a joke, a semi hard shift into 4th can set them off spinn

You can get 15k with that overall setup. I could have in my CR-V and that was on an 8-year-old engine with 200k, after the UOA came back sparkling and after 13k.

The PYB is fine. Tow in 3rd gear and stay around 50 mph if possible. If coolant gets hot, turn off the AC. If your ATF seems burned after the trip, flush it then.
