Then I would bet it's not the MC. Which by the way the only way it could have been ruined if it was good when you took it in was from them pushing the MC beyond its stroke when the reservoir was empty, IE bleeding the brakes. How are they bleeding

Most Kawasaki engines take either 10w-30 or 10w-40 as their recommended oil. I use Delo-400 LE 5w-40 and love it. 5w-40 will work in almost any temperature range and provide good start up and cold wear protection as well as high temperature and hard

Well, those could be different circuits with different loads and consequential voltage drops. The battery + terminal is the only reliable place to measure consistently. The behavior sounds just like an ECU-controlled regulator, as mentioned.

IIRC, the Whirlpool we have is ~13 years old and it works fine. It isn't anything high end, just a plain microwave with a few programmed settings. I just wish it was black instead of white so it doesn't look so dirty after all these years even though
