They fiddled with the design again. The old model had oval holes, and I believe that helps prevent the cutting with that style ADBV. https://www.amazon.com/Purolator-PL20252-PureONE-Filter-Pack/dp/B000E8XFM8?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0

+1 It really depends upon the engine. Most all iron engines will survive this sort of mistreatment pretty well. No all alloy Honda or BMW will and engines with alloy heads on iron blocks will fare even worse. Run the thing for a week and a few hundre

Bosch Distance Plus has always been made by Purolator. Bosch Premiums from WAY back were Champs. But that was about a decade ago.

Mine read zero for a short time, then quickly came up to 8. It hung out at 8 for better than half of the 20k miles. I don't lean on it very often, and I'm guessing the higher reading came after getting after it to get up to 60-65 mph with my 7,000

All 4 failed? Or do they need cleaning/ rebuilding? There are good sources that will clean and flow test for matched performance better than new.

It isn't. GM recommended 6K drains forty years ago (I have a 1974 OM) and Honda recommended 7.5K for years before they put IOLM monitors in their cars. We also have a mod here who ran 15K on bottom dollar conventional with nothing ill to show from it

Brian Tracy is a smart guy. He's got a lot of good information. He's got a book called "Eat that Frog" which is a good read. I didn't watch the video. Other guys to read are Jim Rohn, Havey Mackay, Zig Ziglar.
