Xcel Plus Aircraft Engine Protection

This product was mentioned in another post, and I am curious to hear from anyone who has actual recent experience from using it in an aircraft engine. Lycoming 0-320, specifically. My engine is about 50-70 rpms short on run-up and shows some moderate metal readings in the oil analysis. I have searched and read their web site.
