Western Series “Ride”

For fans of a modern Western Family series try “Ride” on Crave. Although it’s a American produced series, it’s filmed in the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains west of Calgary, Alberta. Unfortunately, they only filmed 10 episodes, before it got cancelled. Unlike other western series they don’t spend their days endlessly riding on their spread. It’s a working farm and ranch with plenty of scenes working on their farm equipment, including a large 4 wheel drive tractor and modern bale handling equipment. The ranch owner is a strong willed woman and there are tough cowboys galore. The ladies will love it. The men will wish they were ranch hands. Plenty of bull riding scenes.

Thanks Snag, It’s now on the CW channel here. I Just set the DVR to record it. I never could get into Yellowstone but loved 1883 and 1923. We’ll see how it goes.
