We have smart people here.. Why is a hornet phev $1500 off in ohio and $10k in PA?

I pretty much threw it out in the title.

Looking at random cars.. and the Dodge hornet PHEV is around 1500-2k off max in Ohio.

In PA the phev is 10k and the non phev are about 2500-3k off.

seems too extreme to just be some sort of PA hybrid credit.

Yes, the Hornet is being sold for only $10k in PA dealers.
Must be because people keep saying that it was built and designed by Alfa Romeo.

The Ohio dealers aren't listing the $7500 Federal tax credit probably for liability reasons. I as an example wouldn't qualify for it.

you need a deal breakdown to make sense of it. Some dealers, specially anything stellantis, like to attract customers by creating a discount by stacking every single incentive under the sun for their ads. They list their disclosure on the fine print.

If you look at the incentives stacks you'll see incentives that cannot be combined as well. Dealers and their games.
