I just traded my VW TDI for a Mercedes C32 AMG and have some left over Elf Evolution CRV. MB doesn't list this in their approved oil list, but do list the Excellium line of Elf oils. The specs call for an ACEA of A3/B3 while the CRV is A5/B5. From what I understand the A5/B5 standard is the same as A3/B3, but combines the fuel saving properties of A1/B1. Will it be ok to use the CRV or should I sale it and move to Elf Excellium 5W-40?
