Looks like Florida. I've seen way more bucks in Ohio, and my SIL can't keep them out of her yard in Pittsburgh.
That's definitely a nice one though.

yeah, Bucks know there is a price on their head... give you one I thought was funny, happened the other day.... 7 bald deer in the backyard.... then I notice one of the smallest of the bald deer trying to "mount" one of the other bald deer..... I keep looking and its a buck with horns less than 1 inch high...
