replacing face in photo...

I need to play a very basic prank on my wifey,
and want to replace Kate Winslet's face with wifey's face in the famous Titanic poster...
Now I have the pic of Leo&Kate, and have a pic of wifey...

which program would do this simple task?
and how (simple step-by step is thankfully welcome)

You can do it in Paint. Select the freeform cut tool and cut and paste.
