I was thinking something smaller, like the ones I see on the police cruisers here.....lol.

Yea, they don't "all" have them, I'm guessing they use them if they have to "swipe" someone off the road, hit their rear-end, etc. to get them off the road?

Cause it's like a "cage" that goes around the whole wrong end, around the head lamps, etc...
