Its been giving me trouble and turning off sometimes for no reason.But tonight it gave me no trouble and smoked 85/15 Burgers using Daddy Hinkles marinade and hickory chips to smoke. Ran it at 225F for around 70 minutes and it worked. Had some organic asparagus that I lubed with Olive oil,garlic powder, and Worcestershire and put in smoker too last 45 minutes.Ive just about hit food coma for the evening. 2 Becks beer and its lights out or lights out.
