I just bought an off road travel trailer. The frames rails are 15 inches off the ground. The manufacturer requires jacking the trailer by the frame only, jacking by the axle or bumper is prohibited. I need a scissor type jack that can lift between 11 and 20 inches. I may have to use a stack of 2 by 12 blocks and a regular scissor jack. Trailer weight is 2000 pounds.

Any suggestions for a high lift scissor jack?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I just have never had good, repeatable results with scissor jacks at all.

Have you considered some type of hydraulic jack?

Thanks for your reply Linctex, I could use some sort of hydraulic bottle jack atop a stack of wood blocks.

Definitely a bottle jack, with an assortment of hardwood blocks to prevent the jack base from sinking into the ground when off-roading is the way I would go.

Don't forget that when the tire is flat, the frame will sit closer to the ground. Keep room for clearance.
