Help decoding puro fuel filter,pic in post..

I see this purolator fuel filter,on ebay. Can anyone decifer its mfg date? I belive,the newer purple toes are made in china..the one I posted in pic is USA made. But hoping its still newer. Before purchasing and putting on my Buick lesabre!
Also...anyone know its filtering efficient and at what microns?

Can I ask why you're going with the Purolator? Rock Auto has Mahle for $7, Fram for $10, and Wix for $13?

Are you set on Purolator because it has better filtering performance? Or are the others I listed have a lower quality reputation.. I'm wondering which filters have the best performance?

Looks used. See the wrench scuff mark on the right collar.
Isn't there a groundswell of distrust for ebay?
What's the mfg date of the LeSabre?
