Going for a 7.0 inches width on a 195/45/R15 tire?

Is it possible to go for a 7.0 inches width on a 195/45/R15 tire?

At first, my first choice was going for a 15X6.5...

I'm interested by Toyo EXTENSA HP II tire series

There is no equivalent to science and maths. Yes indeed, I'm good and handling will be way better since I'll be going from a 6 of width to a 7 and from 185 to 195. Thanks for your feedback
