That's not exactly typical usage, and I doubt the PD used synthetic XW-20. In any case those cruisers are long gone by 100K by any dept that is not a County Sheriff, around here anyways...

There are still plenty of CVPIs in service all over the country. The ones that I see come up for auction usually have between 100k-200k miles. Most guys love the vics and hate the ubiquitous "Exploders" they have to drive today.
