Exactly how to seafoam a 2001 Lexus IS300?

I want to Seafoam the fuel and run some Seafoam through a vacuum line at the engine. I know to buy some clear 5/16 hose but I don't know where to attach it.
Where is the vacuum line I will use to introduce the Seafoam to my top end?

use the vac line thats plugged into the brake booster...unplug it from the booster and slowly let the VAC suck up the sea foam. enjoy the smoke show!

you dont need any other hose at all.
