Do you guys have any first hand experience?
I just stopped by at some local dealer and checked those out.
Never seen or used those. Some twin engines for $15k are just WOW!

They look very well built, thick steel and stainless steal parts. Looks much better than any of the offers in Lowes or Home Depot.
They are more expensive, but have better financing options.

A friend of mine is in the lawn care business and has a Dixie chopper - he loves it. He runs it non-stop six days a week and according to him, it has given him no trouble at all.

I've seen really good reviews on Cub Cadet. And some negative ones on dixie choppers about weld seams cracking.

There's little question they are built well. The big one is do you need that?

Most of the mowers you see in the stores are all built with the same parts! Very little difference at all.

I don't see the commercial guys using Dixie Choppers much anymore in my area. Used to see them more years ago.

Yeah, $15K is about average for a big commercial duty ZTR. Have to cut a lot of lawns to make those payments.
