Looks like one those RA US Mann's, and a Classic clone. With no eff. rating no proof, but in this case the term clone likely applies.

IIRC, someone posted awhile back that some are now painted black with grey lettering like the euro's, and the sticker is gone. Puro tapping plate and everything else looks the same though. Perhaps phasing them in.
