My ScanGauge in Mazda 3 2.3L show Cwt in Celsius sometimes up to 105C is this normal ? when driving is around 90C - 100C

Can you rephrase the question? It's not clear what you are asking.

I understand the Scangauge "Cwt", it's coolant water temperature.

Im wondering about the normal Coolant Temperature ?
My coolant temperature is between 89 - 105 Celsius..
or if someone likes Fahrenheit 192 - 221 Fahrenheit

i take my readings using ScanGauge II
My system was flushed couple months agoo... around 30K Km.

should be fine, even plain water wouldn't boil under pressure at 105 deg C.

and the coolant itself has been expanded to even a broader span where it wouldn't boil

Look up the thermostat temp for your application, that should answer the question. My Jeep wont open till 205F.

Cars with electric fans usually will run up to ~210F or so before the PCM turns them on. Below that it all depends on air flow through the radiator. T-stats are for setting the minimum temperature. Radiator efficiency and the fan turn on settings determine the upper temp.

Most GMs turn the fans on low at 220 and on high at 227 F, so the above readings seem totally fine.

It would be normal for the 105C readings to occur if your in stop and go traffic.
