I am on BOOST Mobile / Sprint / Nextel with a Kyocera Innuendo in west Indianapolis. I keep getting calls dropped and the signal strength bars going up and down ( 0-2-5,etc)starting 2? months ago. . I bought a new, duplicate unit, loaded all 350 names to 16 gig mini SD card, loaded into new unit. It works fine except the same dropped calls and signal strength variations. The 16 gig card is the only common part. Calling Boost leads to tape about hard boot, try new cell towers, etc. As I progress to trying new ways to contact them LIVE, any suggestions? I live and drive between the same few cell towers here and Avon. I had T-mobile before which was poor quality but changing to Boost 2+ years ago changed everything for the better. Thoughts?
 
Make sure the PRL (IIRC) is up to date.

It's been a long time since I was a Sprint customer. Having the latest PRL seemed to address some issues.

I think you can update them from the phone now.
