BG Fuel System Service

Recently picked up a used 12 Buick Regal 2.0 Turbo. According to the CarFax report
maintenance has been decent but I see nothing regards to a fuel system cleaning.
Anyone have experience with the BG fuel system cleaning?

We have it at work and the advisors up sell it a lot. My dad likes to get it for his old Camry. I put the oil and fuel treatment in. Haven’t noticed anything major maybe slightly better gas mileage temporarily but that’s it.
