Any one ever revive NiCad batteries?

There is a lot of YouTube videos reviving NiCad batteries.

Anyone successful?

If you find that it's not charging just un-plug it and plug it back in. Keep doing that until it starts charging.

I give them a couple of zaps with this...most times they'll charge after that.

I have some that do not hold a charge but some don't hold as much as a charge as they use to, one 5 minutes, another 10 minutes.
