An Interesting Cut From The "Bullitt" Car Chase

As many times as I have seen this movie, and have repeatedly watched this car chase, (which is one of the best ever), I never knew or noticed this.

(If you guys want to merge this into the other thread about this, feel free. I didn't know if I should because it's a 2 year old thread).

Been watching reruns of Emergency and Adam 12 just for the cars of the 60's and early 70's in their natural habitat. Something you don't get at a car show.

They used a local gas station in Bullit and it's still standing as was in the movie. Not used for anything.

Theres a silver 60 Chevy ragtop on the Adam 12 opening that I would scoop up in a second if I could get my time machine back running again.

Modern performance cars make these old beaters used in this movie to be lookin like JUNK!

We have so much better performance available in these here modern times!
