Just wondering if anyone has used it before on anything? I was thinking this might be interesting on guns but also might make a great bike grease.

I don't know anything about the 5th wheel grease, but I'm very impressed with the way the synthetic heavy duty grease with moly does on guns. I thought it was going to be way too thick and clumpy like other greases I've experimented with, but in a thin layer it works great.

MP HD is a better chain lube. The regular MP is pretty good for guns.

On guns it might make a good creosote replacement. As sticky as it is you'd have to clean it off before operation of the gun.

Too sticky for chains and doesn't penetrate into the rollers.

For chains: HD Metal Protectant

HD mp is absolutely outstanding for bike chains...it works well as an undercoat too! I haven't used the 5th wheel grease yet. Typically we just take the grease gun to the plate and draw the grid.
