Have been using Maxlife syn-blend in my 1990 integra for about 10K miles now. Did not notice any problems during cold winter here in Ohio in 2007/2008 and I had 10W-30 in the car.

I second MaxLife 5W-30 syn blend. Using this in my 1990 integra with 209K miles which gets between 28-32 mpg.
