EZ Oil Drain Valve vs Fumoto valve

I've been using a Fumoto and an EZ valves for three years; Fumoto on the wifes Lexus ES350; and EZ on the Tacoma. The EZ has larger inside diameter and has an O-ring; it drains a little faster but I have not timed it. I don't like that these valves hang so low under the pan. It's not a problem...

    Mobil 1 Extended 5/30 10K; Tacoma 140K

I didn't find acceptable limits on Wix's tribology website. I was comparing to wife's 6ppm in her Lexus with 170k. Thanks for info.

Testers didn't mention it but Iron PPM looks high at 36, don't it? Most averages are below 12.

Toyota Transaxle Fluid Level Check - No Dipstick

Hey Oro_O, saw your post in TW. I see you chosed the pump with the 3/4 hose connectors. The adapters seemed more expensive than with the 3/8 OD outlets. Also, on Amazon, the 3/8 is down to $8 compared to $13. At that price; I'm buying a backup!

Replace Toyota T-IV with Maxlife? Testimonials?

Flushed all four of our Toyota products with MaxLife: 07 Lexus ES350 (170K); 07 Tacoma (135K); 07 Corolla (120K); 06 Camry (130K). The Lexus and Taco had WS; the Camry and Corolla Type IV. All were changed over early this year and all shift as expected.

Toyota Transaxle Fluid Level Check - No Dipstick

The video is introducing a new Toyota tool for measuring the ATF level at normal operating temps - 170+. An useful tool for mechanics so they don't have to wait for the tranny to cool down to 109 degrees. That being said, check this thread in the Camry forums where a DIYer moderator...

    Mobil 1Ext 10/30; 11K; Lexus ES350 07

That's Mobil 1 Extended, to be clear. Might jump to Valvoline Max Life at the next change to see the difference. I didn't check the oil level before the oil change; looking at the contents of my oil container, the Lexus may have been short half a quart. Will monitor it better next time.

Don't see too many 10/30 samplings. Actually, don't recall seeing any. Mileage was actually just over 11,700 miles with no makeup oil. Used ALS via Amazon's Wix Filter oil analysis kit. Code: DATE SAMPLED 15-Nov-15 DATE RECEIVED 01-Dec-15 DATE REPORTED...

    Maxlife ATF for Toyota WS

So how is Maxlife holding up? The price of WS has gone down to about $6.50 online but shipping charges still make it more expensive to buy than Maxlife. I may use it on the next trany fluid change.
