    175,000 mile civic ATF change...

    Z1 ended up being $6 a quart. Before I can do the tranny fluid I have to do the motor mounts and new axles. The cv boots were bad and one of my mounts was completely gone and another ripped. Hopefully after all this I wont have to mess with it for another 75,000 miles

    Hi fellas, just bought a 97 civic with 175,000 miles. Runs great but the transmission is a little harsh. Solid shifts but a little forceful. I have no clue whether the tranny fluid was ever changed. What are the odds of a fluid change screwin it up? I added an ounce of LC20 but didnt seem to do...

    Bout to get a 170000 mile 1997 honda civic as a beater. I believe they call for 5w30. any reccomendations? I can find GC but would it be better to run one of the high mileage dinos or a reg synthetic? Thanks in advance, Erik

    Hi Guys, This is my first post on here and had a question. I have a 02 Camaro SS. I just recently bought some GC. How long can it sit in the car before being changed? The first year I had the car I only put 2500 miles on it. And prob be less this year. I tried the search but it doesnt work...
